High-precision stainless steel dial thermometer designed to screw directly into a stainless steel float. This combination creates an exceptionally reliable, easy-to-read, moisture-proof floating thermometer.
Its design makes it virtually impossible to tip over. It floats easily through agitators in cheese vats.
The thermometer features a hermetically sealed case, a silicone-damped bimetal element, a plexiglass lens, 50% overrange protection, and a sealed external recalibration screw.
