HALO2 Bluetooth pH meter for cheese
pH tester with a sensor specifically designed for cheese. It can be used as a standalone tester or connected via Bluetooth to a smart device (phone or tablet) using the Hanna Lab app.
It can also be used with the Hanna edge blu HI 2202-01 pH meter, which connects via Bluetooth and can be used as an alternative to a phone or tablet.
Portable pH Meter for dairy upgraded with a blade electrode (FC2323N)
The HI99161 is a Foodcare portable pH and temperature meter designed specifically for dairy applications. Monitoring pH in dairy processes is critical to ensuring the quality of dairy products. The FC2023 pH electrode features a rugged, easy-to-clean PVDF body with a conical tip, making it ideal for measurements in semi-solid products such as meats and cheeses. The FC2323 uses a free-diffusion sleeve-type reference junction, which helps prevent the typical clogging problems associated with viscous liquids such as milk and condiments.

Immersion pH probe FC 2323
The FC2323 is an amplified, single-junction pH electrode with a built-in temperature sensor. It connects to the meter using a quick-connect DIN connector. This type of connector is proprietary to specific meters, such as the HI98190.
The FC2323 features a food-grade PVDF plastic body, an open-junction design with Viscolene gel electrolyte, a low-temperature glass sensing bulb, and a conical tip. This design, along with the optional stainless steel piercing blade, is ideal for pH measurements in meat and semi-frozen food products. The recommended operating temperature range is from 0 to 50 °C.
